In the year 1961, at the Faculty of Law of the Universidad Nacional del Litoral, there is a struggle for the student center as there are two different ways of doing politics: the historical way related to bureaucratic modes of concentration of power and a new emerging force led by a woman who watches over the installation of another order in relations between students and authorities.
